Niklas Lindahl. Fractional Executive.

Swedish, based in Milan. 15 years of leadership in scale-ups, turnarounds and growth-stage companies. Contributed to a €607M exit (MGM), tripled B2B revenues, took consumer brands from local to international. Now I work as a fractional manager for a limited number of companies at a time.

The path

Started in strategy consulting, moved into operations quickly, led business units from zero to tens of millions in revenue. Worked with founders, private equity, corporates. Managed distributed teams across Milan, Stockholm, London and New York.

What I do really well

Take a stuck or scattered business and bring it to a readable form: strategy, priorities, team, numbers. I'm not a consultant. I don't produce reports. I sign decisions, hire people, say no to the wrong projects.

  • Operational turnaround with goals closed within 12 months.
  • Scale-up from 5 to 50 million in revenue.
  • International go-to-market, especially Northern Europe and UK.
  • Preparation for exit, fundraising and generational handover.
  • Recruiting and development of executive teams.

How I work

Closed mandates, quarterly goals, monthly review. Two or three days on-site, the rest remote. Maximum three active clients at any time. No conflicts of interest between clients in the same sector.

Why fractional

Because the full time model isn't the only answer anymore. Companies need senior leadership at the right moments, not forever. And the best managers prefer to work with three ambitious companies rather than just one.
